AIMesh 2.5 is the industrial wireless sensor network protocol developed by AISENZ on the IETF 6TiSCH standard, combining IEEE 802.15.4e TSCH time-slotted channel hopping, native IPv6 with RPL routing and a FLRC/FEC physical layer.

Scheduling, not probability

Industrial wireless has long faced a trilemma: high reliability, low power and large node counts rarely coexist. Contention-based protocols degrade exponentially as density rises. AIMesh 2.5 takes the opposite approach — TSCH divides time into slots and the spectrum into as many as 50 hopping channels, and every transmission is scheduled into a specific slot-and-channel cell. Determinism comes from the schedule rather than from luck, which is what makes these figures hold at scale.
